healthy — nothing to do.

Not uploaded / Pending / In progress / Queued / Unfulfilled / Low (stock)

needs attention soon — usually “not started yet” or “running low,” not broken.

Error / Failed / Cancelled / Refunded / Unpaid

needs action — check the reason shown on the product or order, then retry, revise or re-publish.

Ended / Archived / Fulfilled by channel / With errors

informational — settled, just not through Orbitra’s own flow (or, for “Ended,” no longer live and awaiting a decision to Relist).
