Listing templates

Tell Orbitra what a good listing looks like once, and stop filling the same fields on every publish.

A template is how you tell Orbitra what a “good” listing looks like for one marketplace, region and store — title format, category mapping, item specifics — so Publish doesn’t ask you to fill the same fields every time.

Templates — name, marketplace & region, category and date, with edit and delete per row

Each row shows the template name, the marketplace and region and store it belongs to, the category it maps to, the date it was made, and a pencil and bin to edit or delete it. Narrow a long list with the search box or the Channel: All and Region: All filters — this account has 333 templates across 34 pages.

Each template is scoped to exactly one channel-and-region combination — an Amazon US template won’t apply to an Amazon UK listing. Build one with Create template, then it appears as a choice during step 4 of Publish: pick the matching template for the channel and region you’re targeting, and Orbitra fills in the mapped fields automatically.
