Every order from every connected channel lands here, so you never have to log into Seller Central or eBay just to see what sold.
Reading the list
Filter by All Pending Unfulfilled Shipped Delivered Fulfilled by channel Cancelled Refunded, or search by order number, customer or SKU. On this account that reads All 30 · Unfulfilled 2 · Shipped 17 · Cancelled 11, with Pending, Delivered, Fulfilled by channel and Refunded all at zero.
Each row shows order number, customer and destination, item count, total in the order’s own currency (₹ for the Amazon India orders, $ for the eBay one), the channel and the specific seller account it came from, payment status, fulfillment status and date.
Getting orders in
Import from channels pulls orders directly from a connected marketplace on demand, on top of the automatic sync configured in Order sync settings.
Acting on an order
Select one or more orders, then open Actions:
- Fulfill orderMark items shipped & notify the channel.
- Print labelPrint the shipping label for the order.
- Sync shipmentPush tracking back to the marketplace.
- Sync cancellationReflect a channel cancellation here.
- Retry order syncRe-attempt a failed sync.
- Delete source-routed orderRemoves an order routed in from its source.
How to fulfill an order
- 1Set up Shipping firstcarrier, service and a default warehouse — see Shipping. Without this, Fulfill has nothing to apply.
- 2Select the orderfrom the list, typically one showing Unfulfilled.
- 3Actions → Fulfill orderOrbitra buys the label through your configured fulfillment account and marks the order shipped.
- 4Print labelif you didn’t already print it as part of fulfillment.
- 5Sync shipmentpushes the tracking number back to the marketplace so the buyer sees it — this can also happen automatically; see Order sync.
