Your plan

The top card carries the plan, the price and the renewal date, with two usage bars beside it — orders used against your allowance, and products against your SKU limit. This account reads Scale, $1,788/yr, billed yearly · cancel anytime, renewing Sep 18, 2026, with 29 of 5,000 orders used (4,971 left this cycle, resets Sep 18) and 1,270 products against Scale has no SKU limit.

What you’ll be charged

Usage builds up as you sell and is charged separately from your subscription, which is the single most misread thing on this page.

Payment method & billing information

Card on file covers both your subscription and your usage charges; it is managed securely by Chargebee, so Update hands you off rather than taking card details here. Billing information — billed to, billing email, address and VAT number — is what appears on every invoice we issue, and is blank until you fill it in.

Plans
