Carrier, warehouses and package presets — configure once and Fulfill becomes one click.
Your carrier, warehouses and package presets. Configure this once and Fulfill becomes a single click on every order.
Fulfillment account
Choose who buys the shipping label:
The provider is picked first — Shiprocket or ShipStation — and the two cards above are the accounts available under it.
Carrier & defaults
Set an active carrier and service, applied automatically at fulfillment; a green banner at the top of the card states the one in force — here Active preference: Delhivery Surface — Delhivery Surface. Package and Confirmation are both optional: leave Package blank for the carrier default (package, flat_rate_envelope and the like), and Confirmation on Default (carrier decides).
Default package weight is the fallback used when an order’s weight can’t be calculated from your product variant weights — 200 grams on this account.
Warehouses & packages
The right-hand column holds the warehouse list itself. This account has two — Manchester Street (2000 Cross Beam DR, Charlotte, 28217 · US) and Lucknow-old-service (B-42, Gomti Nagar, lucknow, 226020 · IN), marked Default. Add Warehouse adds another.
Package presets sit below them, and are empty here. Without a preset, weight comes from your product variants, then the default package weight above — which is exactly the order the next section describes.
Warehouse routing
Set a default ship-from warehouse per sales channel — Amazon and eBay each have their own row, and both sit on Use the default warehouse here, so both ship from Lucknow-old-service.
How weight is decided for a shipment, in order
- 1A matching package presetif one exists for that product/package combination.
- 2The product variant’s own weightwhen no preset applies.
- 3The default package weight aboveas the final fallback, when neither of the above is available.
How to set up shipping end to end
- 1Choose a fulfillment accountOrbitra Fulfillment for simplicity, or your own Shiprocket/ShipStation account if you already have rates negotiated.
- 2Pick a carrier and serviceand optionally a package type and confirmation setting.
- 3Set a default package weightas a safety net for products missing variant weight.
- 4Add your warehouse(s)under Warehouses & packages — mark one as default.
- 5Route each channel to a warehouseor leave it on “Use the default warehouse.”
