The dashboard
Your first screen after signing in: four stat tiles, connections, recent activity and recent orders.
Your first screen after signing in. It exists to answer one question before you go looking for detail: is anything on fire?
Reading the four tiles
| Tile | What it counts | Why you’d check it |
|---|---|---|
| Total products | Every product Orbitra knows about, broken down by source: a manual entry, Orbitra itself, Shopify, eBay, or Amazon. On this account: Manual 1 · Orbitra 6 · Shopify 91 · eBay 173 · Amazon 999. | A sudden jump usually means a channel import just ran; a number stuck at zero for a channel means nothing has synced from it yet. |
| Active listings | Listings currently live on a marketplace, split eBay vs. Amazon. | If this is far below Total products, most of your catalog hasn’t been published anywhere yet — see Products & listings. |
| Orders (7d) | Orders received in the selected window — 9 in the last 7 days here. | Switch the window with the Last 7 days picker, top-right, to compare periods. |
| Awaiting fulfilment | Paid orders that haven’t shipped yet. | Your action queue for the day — zero is the goal. |
Connections
A live status card per connected marketplace or store — Connected next to a channel name and seller ID. This account shows two Amazon connections, both connected. Click Manage to jump straight to Connecting stores rather than hunting through Settings.
Recent activity
A rolling, timestamped feed of what Orbitra has been doing on your behalf, newest first — here an Image Compliance Review 40m ago, 0 listing checks completed 41m ago, another Image Compliance Review 1h ago and 1,520 listing checks completed 1h ago. View log opens the complete Activity log with filters.
Recent orders
The newest orders across every channel — order ID, customer, marketplace, status, total and when — so a run of Cancelled orders or one unusually large Processed one is visible without opening Orders and filtering.
The left-hand navigation carries its own live counts beside each page — Connections 2, Products 1,270, Orders 30, Templates 333 on this account — so you can see the shape of the catalog without leaving the dashboard.
