Choose which emails Orbitra sends you.
The page opens with Where we email you — a master Email notifications switch, sent to your account email and changeable in Account. Turning it off silences everything below in one move; essential account and billing notices are still sent.
Below it, What we email you about: five groups, each with a checkbox beside its name that turns the whole group on or off, and a live count of how many of its toggles are on.
| Group | On this account | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| Orders & inventory | 2 of 2 on | Order received · Low stock |
| Listings & sync | 0 of 3 on | Publish succeeded · Publish failed (with the rejection reason) · Sync failed |
| Billing & plan | 5 of 5 on | Overage pending · Overage charged · Plan changed · Subscription activated or renewed · Card added or removed |
| Security | 0 of 1 on | New sign-in from a device or location you haven’t used before |
| Other | 1 of 1 on | Welcome |
Always sent
Two notices sit outside every toggle in their own section, each marked Can’t be turned off, because they affect whether Orbitra keeps running for you:
- Subscription cancelled — your subscription ends. Includes the date your listings stop syncing.
- Payment failed — we couldn’t take payment for your subscription. Your account is at risk of suspension.
Both still send even with Email notifications switched off entirely.
