Ask Orbitra
A read-only assistant for questions about your own store data. It never changes anything.
A read-only assistant docked at the top of every page. It answers questions about your own store data — orders, listings, stock and sync failures — and never changes anything.
Open it from the Ask Orbitra button in the header on any page, or with Ctrl K. It slides in as a right-hand panel over whatever you were looking at, so the page underneath keeps its place. Treat it as a faster way to interrogate orders, listings, stock and sync failures than clicking through filters by hand — the data behind its answers is exactly what you’d see on the Products, Orders and Activity pages, just queried in plain language.
A row of chips under the panel header names the scope the answer is drawn from — your account, then each connected channel — and you can narrow to one, so “which SKUs are oversold” can be asked of Amazon alone. The + button starts a fresh conversation and the clock icon reopens an earlier one.
