AI Bots

Seven bots that read your data and suggest what to change. Nothing is applied until you accept it.

Seven bots that look at the data Orbitra already has — your products, prices, stock and order history — and propose changes. They never act on their own: every suggestion waits for you to review it, and the panel header says so in one line.

Open them from the AI Bots card at the bottom of the left-hand navigation. The panel opens over the page you were on; the clock icon top-right reopens earlier suggestions and × closes the panel.

  • Channel RecommendationCompares how the same products perform on each of your channels, and says when a comparison is not possible.
  • Pricing IntelligenceChecks your live listings for prices below cost or on a thin margin, and flags ones that have not sold. Advisory only — it never changes a price.
  • Listing OptimizerRewrites a product’s title, description and tags for a specific marketplace. You review and accept each field.
  • Image Compliance ReviewChecks a product’s photos against Amazon and eBay image rules and tells you exactly which rule each one breaks.
  • Product Compliance ReviewChecks whether a product is ready to list and what Amazon and eBay themselves say about it, naming every missing field.

How a suggestion reaches your store

  1. 1Switch a bot oneach row in the panel has its own toggle. A bot that is off produces nothing and costs nothing — turn on only the ones you want.
  2. 2The bot reads your existing datathe same products, prices, stock and orders you see on the Products and Orders pages. It never needs anything typed in.
  3. 3It proposes a changeexpand the row with the › arrow to read what it found — a ranking, a forecast, a flagged price, a rewritten field or a failed rule.
  4. 4You accept or ignore itnothing reaches a marketplace until you accept it. Ignoring a suggestion changes nothing and leaves your listing exactly as it was.

AI tokens

The bots that write text use AI tokens from your plan’s allowance, and the row shows what is left — 170,092 AI tokens left under Listing Optimizer on this account. The bots that only read and report your own data do not spend them. When the allowance runs out those bots pause until it resets, and nothing already accepted is affected. Your current allowance is on Billing & plans.

AI Bots are included with your plan — the card in the navigation says so. What differs between plans is the size of the AI token allowance, not which bots you get.
